What is TRAQ?
TRAQ is a cloud-based conversation intelligence software platform that gives sales teams the knowledge they need to win more deals. By using TRAQ, sales leaders get a clear picture of pipeline health, team performance and skill gaps so they can make stronger strategic decisions, maximize performance, and coach their team to long-lasting success.
How does TRAQ work?
TRAQ records each sales call. Then it runs the conversation through our Da Vinci™ AI, where we transcribe, summarize, analyze and score the call, providing the insights and information your sales team needs to win more business. TRAQ is effectively your sales analyst, sales strategist and sales coach all in one that makes your sales team more effective.

Nope! Rather, TRAQ perfectly compliments and integrates with leading CRMs like HubSpot, Salesforce, and Zoho (with more being added frequently). When you set up a CRM integration, you can access the TRAQ meeting notes and insights without leaving the CRM.
Is TRAQ a note taking app?
Yes, and so much more! On top of notes, TRAQ gives you:

Is TRAQ affordable?
We’ve worked hard to ensure our paid subscription plans offer tons of useful features AND great value for the money. Our paid plans are month-to-month with no long term commitments.
We offer cost-effective plans starting at $30/month/user. The TRAQ Enterprise Plan is custom-built so pricing will vary.
Monthly subscription pricing as of Q1 2023:
- Free trial: 14-day free trial for each of our plans so you can try before you buy
- Individual: 25 hours / month ($30, 1 user)
- Professional: 50 hours / month / user ($60/user, 1-500 users)
- Enterprise: 75 hours a month (Custom pricing; unlimited users, includes custom AI instance.)

What conversations can I record with TRAQ?
TRAQ can record any conversation you have when using a web conferencing tool such as Zoom or Teams, or a softphone such as Aircall or RingCentral. You can also use the TRAQ mobile app to record in-person meetings.
Should I notify the other party that I am recording them?
No matter how you record your conversations, it’s a good idea (and sometimes required by law) to notify participants that the conversation is being recorded.
How to record calls using your computer
If you set up one of our Calendar integrations, any Zoom®, Google Meet® or Microsoft Teams® meeting on your calendar is automatically recorded by the Traq Meeting Assistant.
TRAQ supports the following Calendar integrations:
- Google® Calendar
- Microsoft® Calendar
If you do not wish to use a Calendar integration, you can download the Traq Desktop Recorder to manually record your meetings.
How to record an in-person meeting from your iOS or Android device
Download the TRAQ Mobile App on the App Store or Google Play, log in to your TRAQ account, then click Record once the meeting begins.
What’s the Traq Desktop Recorder?
The Traq Desktop Recorder is a lightweight application downloadable on Windows and Mac computers that allows you to capture online meetings and softphone calls with a single click.
Can TRAQ record cell phone calls?
Neither iOS nor Android allow the recording of phone calls natively. However, if you use a softphone mobile app that has call recording, you can upload the recordings into TRAQ. We have integrations for some softphones as well.
How do I get the TRAQ mobile app?
The TRAQ Mobile App is available on Google Play and the App Store and it can be used to record in-person meetings.
Does TRAQ record video?
Yes! Using our calendar integration, TRAQ will capture both the audio and the video from your Teams, Google Meet, or Zoom web conferences.
Can I record in-person meetings?
Yes! You can use TRAQ even when you’re away from your computer. You can use the TRAQ mobile app to capture an in-person conversation at a tradeshow booth or when meeting a prospect on site.
Can I import existing recordings from other applications such as Zoom?
Yes. If you have existing call recordings in a standard format (flac, .wav, .mp3, or .m4a), you can import them from your TRAQ Dashboard. Once you import your recordings, you can run the TRAQ analysis, get a summary, and learn from the AI insights.

If your preferred CRM isn’t listed, chances are we can make it happen pretty quick! And you can still use TRAQ even without a CRM integration as several of our customers are doing.
Calendar Integrations
With a Calendar integration, any Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or Google Meet call on your calendar is recorded automatically with no further action on your part.

What’s Conversation Intelligence?
In a nutshell, conversation intelligence provides insights about conversations. Our conversation intelligence uses AI to extract meaning and insights from the conversations that sales teams have with their customers and prospects.
What’s Da Vinci™?
Da Vinci™ AI is TRAQ’s proprietary Artificial Intelligence engine that analyzes sales conversations and transforms them into data that tells a story. There are two types of Da Vinci™ AI: Core Da Vinci™ and Custom Da Vinci™.
Is TRAQ only used for sales?
Although TRAQ was designed around the sales process, some of our customers are using TRAQ for entirely different purposes – and they love it! When we first dreamed up TRAQ, our very first interested clients were recruiters, and many of them are still using TRAQ today.
How is TRAQ used in recruiting?
Our clients use TRAQ to accurately record and transcribe their conversations with candidates and the companies they are trying to match them with. Popular features for recruiters are sentiment analysis, accurate transcriptions, and summaries. Recruiters also like the ability to append resumes and other files to each candidate’s profile. In that sense, they are using TRAQ similarly to a CRM.
Can I use TRAQ for project management?
Yes you can, and some of our customers already do. By recording client update calls and sharing that information with their teams, they ensure that no client feedback is misunderstood or lost. You, too, can make TRAQ your own and use it beyond sales.
